When replacing a gear set from a 1992 & earlier vehicle, use
a ring & pinion set with the suffix “S”. 1993 &
later use the suffix “L”. Otherwise, you will have to
change the yoke. When replacing a 10 1/2”gear set, use a 10
1/4” ring & pinion with the suffix ‘L”. |
